Talent Management

Management Trainee Programme

The Management Trainee Program (MTP) was launched in 2009 to induct talented fresh university graduates from Singapore and overseas to take on future management roles in Wearnes.

Management trainees can look forward to an exciting, broad based training that involves working in different business divisions or corporate functions, both locally and overseas, for a period of 12 months. A unique feature of the MTP is the customised development plan to groom each trainee to assume a specific position or function.

Our inaugural batch of management trainees are from Singapore, China and Vietnam. We are confident that the diversity would bring about a more vibrant and creative workforce and give credence to our pledge to fair employment based on merit.
