Dr Hong Decheng joined the Group in 2005 and was until September 2010, Managing Director for China Property. Prior to joining Wearnes, Dr Hong managed business development and project management at Atkins Consultants, China. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, China, and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
